Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. All sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brooke@virtuebeautyco.com with your order number and photo(s) of the issue.
